We are discussing enforcement options with legal experts and patent law firms and will have a statement and strategy to announce shortly. The new patent and continuance claims in process support our announced intentions for all Worlds IP to remain within Worlds Inc. while our online operations, software assets and technology platform have been spun off into the Worlds Online subsidiary which should become effective with the SEC within 30 – 45 days.”
